1. Custom Orders
All customized products including printed t-shirts, embroidered apparel, uniforms, workwear, and merchandise are made according to customer-approved designs, sizes, colors, and specifications.
Therefore:

Custom-made orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

Customers are requested to verify all details carefully before confirming the order.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be applicable in the following cases:
