At JigriStitch, every product is custom-made specially for your brand, team, or business. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.

1. Custom Orders

All customized products including printed t-shirts, embroidered apparel, uniforms, workwear, and merchandise are made according to customer-approved designs, sizes, colors, and specifications.

Therefore:

  • Custom-made orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

  • Customers are requested to verify all details carefully before confirming the order.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be applicable in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Incorrect size/color/design from our side

  • Damaged or defective product received

  • Missing items in the package

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Include your order details and invoice

3. Replacement Policy

If the issue is verified from our side, we may offer:

  • Product replacement

  • Store credit

  • Partial/full refund (depending on the case)

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Minor color variation due to screen display differences

  • Incorrect information submitted by customer

  • Size issues after approval of size chart

  • Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before production starts.

  • Once production or customization begins, cancellation is not possible.

6. Shipping Damage

If the package arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the package if visibly damaged

  • Contact our support team immediately with photos
